We are doing our utmost to design and produce our collection items as perfect as possible. However when still a product seems to be not all right, please inform us within 3 days by sending an e-mail or contact us by telephone.
Cooling -down period/exchanging
Within 7 working days after receiving your order, you can (even without giving any explanation) return your order back to us. The product however has to be undamaged, unused and packed inside the original packaging. For exchanging the product you have to inform us (by telephone or e-mail). Furthermore you have to take care of the shipping costs by yourselve. The product can be exchanged for another product from our collection or the invoice (excl. shipping costs) can be paid back.
